Holistic Wellbeing is a comprehensive approach to wellness that considers the whole person and how all aspects of their life are interconnected


It goes beyond the traditional focus on physical health to include emotional, mental, social, spiritual, and financial well-being.
The idea is that an imbalance in one area can have a snowballing effect on others, leading to stress and worry. Adopting a holistic approach can help improve productivity, mental clarity, and physical health, and build resilience to face challenges.

Jules Kelly is one of the Directors of New Leaf Nature and Wellbeing CIC

Jules is an experienced trauma informed holistic leadership coach and high performance, wellbeing, growth and success consultant as well as a best selling author.

She has over 30 years experience leading within the corporate world and has diversified and strengthened her knowledge and skills to incorporate many wellbeing and coaching modalities.

Having healed herself from Fibromyalgia, Jules now shares her experience of transitioning from disabled to enabled via the power of The Life Freedom Method®. Alongside Claire Morton, they help others to learn that their body and mind are intrinsically linked and they share holistic methods of achieving great health and success via their science backed and clinically proven method. They lead a pilot clinical trial with Liverpool University and The Walton Centre to help people go from being classified as disabled to no longer meeting that criteria.

An incredibly inspiring leader, Jules is able to uncover others challenges and potential barriers for success and is committed to helping others achieve their absolute best by way of embracing their true magnificence and overcoming challenges and hurdles whilst empowering learning and change.

Being able to work within nature is a unique offering and one that can only enhance the people that are able to access the New Leaf Nature and Wellbeing services.

Our Transformational Programmes are Unique

We are committed to supporting those that are living with mental and physical health challenges, loneliness and isolation.

We do this by delivering 6 week group programmes to support the varying needs of those attending.

We provide a supportive learning experience in a unique setting with lots of opportunities of acquiring new knowledge, transferable skills along with other techniques to support the management of anxiety and other challenges.

Our programmes include: -

Self Awareness through the lens of holistic wellbeing using Human Design theory to celebrate their innate brilliance and individuality and teach them to embrace and maximise their talents and become more aware of their areas of development.

Group Coaching and Sharing Circles to support communication, inclusion, confidence and resilience.

Aromatherapy and Toxic Load awareness to demonstrate natural ways to support the holistic body.

Bushcraft to support confidence, resilience and connection.

Basic Hormonal Health, Immune Health and Polyvagel Theory education to provide a better understanding of the body and how it functions and how to regulate.

Breath work, Meditation and movement to support holistic wellbeing

Forest Bathing to support Holistic Wellbeing.

One to one coaching sessions to support next steps beyond the programme to support confidence, inclusion and positive psychology and wellbeing practices.

We can also tailor specific programmes for commissioning bodies on request.
