Mindful Bushcraft
Our Bushcraft Experiences
We are passionate about sharing this beautiful woodland space with as many of those that would benefit from it.
We offer tailored days for you and your family/group (minimum numbers apply) and we also provide Bushcraft as part of our funded wellbeing programmes through the funding we apply for through charitable donations and fundraising.
We also advertise regular Bushcraft experience days that you are able to book on to and pay for as a private individual.
Our one-day bushcraft course is a great way to enter the world of bushcraft and learn some new skills. The basic skills you will learn are a great basis to build on.
This one-day bushcraft course covers some of the important basic skills you will need. You will learn how to make fire without matches or a lighter so that you can cook your own food in the camp. You will also learn some hands on knife skills by creating something that you can take home with you to share with your nearest and dearest!
Whilst at New Leaf, our bushcraft instructors will guide you through safe tool use and give you the skills to create simple items you will need in the woods.
The course is held at New Leaf Nature and Wellbeing which is a 14 acre wood in Eaton, Cheshire. You will be immersed in to this gorgeous space all day with all of its sounds and sights that will nourish your soul.
The course is run a safe and friendly environment with groups no bigger than 10 people. Our participants' feedback has been that they like to learn whilst "doing" and so this is how we tailor the day for you. Our instructors will answer any questions you may have.
